Congratulations to Scott! Scott recently helped his daughter navigate the often-tricky world of college housing. With his daughter starting at UWGB, he was looking at rental options – but the numbers just weren't adding up. Rental prices were high, and Mike saw an opportunity to turn things around. We explored the possibility of buying a condo near UWGB. Not only would this provide his daughter with a comfortable and convenient place to live for her college years, but it also turned out to be a financially savvy move. By purchasing a condo, Scott was able to secure a lower monthly payment than the typical rent price in the area and build Equity (every month, instead of paying rent that disappears, Scott is building equity in the condo).
