This page's purpose is to gather feedback from the residents of South Highlands on a possible neighborhood watch program. I am a resident of this neighborhood.
As many of you know, our neighborhood has recently seen an influx in crime. These criminal acts have become a serious problem and are growing more violent in nature. These acts are not committed by the members of the neighborhood, but by outside parties who enter in hopes of taking things that don't belong to them.
