I’m feeling very joyful in my spirit and want to thank all those lovely people, parents, kids, and not so young kids for the absolute joy you bring in my life by allowing me the godly opportunity to train you and those you love. Your joy, laughter, giggles and joke make my heart smile. With loving thanks to you all!!

It's a fact, it takes time, training, and continuous learning to become effective at self protection. That's why we offer a low cost, weekly class for women. I hear stories regularly about some assault or crime in Kitsap. Come learn with other ladies and older teens how to protect yourself and your loved ones. It's fun, it's fitness, and it's effective.
