There is so much more to behaviour than most people think. Children don’t try to upset us, there is usually something behind it. They are communicating their need through behaviour. If we look behind the behaviour we can see a child who is doing the best they can

There has been so many su***des lately in this area. I want you all to know if you’re struggling PLEASE reach out to anyone! Even if you haven’t talked in YEARS someone will listen and people do love you with their whole being and soul. It’s really dark in those tunnels and someone/anyone could be the light needed to guide you out. You matter and you are so worth it and so amazing.
If you are someone who is a survivor know that you have made it through 100% of your dark days and you are so worth it and so amazing.
If you are someone who has lost someone to su***de, I am so sorry for your loss. Breathe. You matter and you are so worth it and amazing.

Don’t allow yourself to be put in a position where you’re excited to have someone do normal adult things! Healthy adults do normal adult things. Don’t take the bare minimum because you deserve the world!

We get so caught up in how we want things to be, and what we expect other people to give. The thing that we forget is, we cannot control other people, we cannot control how they treat us, we cannot control how much they give to us versus what we give to them. so sometimes we have to just let go of our expectations and allow ourselves to live in our day. Because if we are so focused on what should be or what should’ve been missing out on everything, that’s right in front of us.
My word of my year is joy.
I too get lost- This is our time to feed into our selves and find the joy that we desire ❤️
