This monthly Stroke support group is the first of its kind in the St. Tammany region. The topic for November's meeting is "Navigating the Holidays".

The first class in our 4-class Lamaze Series starts next Thursday, October 13 from 6:30 pm- 7:30 pm at the SMH Founders Building. This series will cover healthy birth practices, healthy eating during pregnancy, signs and symptoms of labor, hospital procedures, and much more.

This year we have a new addition…. Game Booths! Come out & support other local non-profits by playing games at their booth. Their nonprofit keeps 100% of what they make.

Catholic Daughters of the Americas will be having Ring Toss.

Habitat for Humanity Young Professionals will be having Corn Hole

Community Christian Concern will be having a We**ie Dog Corn Throw (*no we**ie dogs will be harmed during this game 🤣)

Mona Lisa Moon Pie will be having a Moon Pie toss. They will also be accepting applications to March in the parade. Oktoberfest will be the last day to sign up.
