Welcome to PsycED Consultation Services, LLC.

In this role, I work with people to determine the change they would like to see, assess what resources are available, both within themselves and from the world around, and help to get them moving forward by setting realistic goals. All that is left is supporting purpose based action and start moving ahead.

This model prioritizes increasing clarity, goal setting and action taking. Now What? Learn, practice, apply and adjust. There is no secret formula here, that's about it, straight forward.

My approach is applicable to all situations in life, regardless of economic status, job position, or background. I work the same way with young adults transitioning through adulthood, looking for help outside of their family as I do with CEOs redefining quality of life and working on goals around family and career. We are always a work in progress, keep moving!

In my other role as a licensed therapist, I do therapy, here I use my certification in Japanese psychology based coaching and guidance to help people move forward, not concentrate on the past. Over time I've worked to integrate skills between both practices, and as a result, I I blend the best of both worlds to help folks reach the top of the mountain. I bring both my experience with consultation and coaching as well as my clinical and psycho-educational insight in helping to inform and drive the work we do together.
