Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

At CW Crates & Pallets, we are designers, builders, dedicated service reps, and transport coordinators who bring an innovative custom crate, pallet, and logistic solutions to our customers. We operate the leading pallet, crate, packaging, and shipping company in the Inland Northwest.

As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will wear many hats. Still, your main objective will be to work directly with our new and existing customer base to coordinate the order-to-production sales pipeline. This position will involve coordinating a busy sales email inbox and working with customers directly over the phone to adjust pricing, create quotes, and bring innovative solutions to their crate, pallet, shipping, or packaging needs. You will also work with the Director of Marketing & Business Development to improve, update, and post to social media sites and other platforms, including a newsletter. Lastly, we are always looking for ways to improve the Customer Experience, so we want people who are not afraid to share ideas about improving our customer's journey. Our main objective is exceptional service – from design to delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
• Quoting and accepting new sales orders
• Responsible for coordinating internally with the operations team
• Process sales orders into Zoho Order Management System.
• Scheduling and quoting client shipping needs.
• Work with the Director of Marketing & Business Development to grow, update, and post to social media sites, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Meta
• Create cut sheets, and sales collateral documents in alignment with current marketing goals
• Consult with clients over email and phone on how we can best solve their needs
• Support the Marketing & Business Development Director in establishing and evaluating marketing strategies

• Become a sales systems expert by managing profiles, lists, customer databases, and prospecting lists in the Zoho CRM system.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing & Business Development

Qualifications and Skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and an associate's degree or above is desirable
• 1+ year of experience in a related role
• Experience in writing reports, business correspondence, or procedure manuals a plus
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, board footage, proportions, and percentages required
• Experience creating sales marketing materials, including online social media posts required
• Possess exceptional writing and editing skills
• Be able to interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures
• Experience in effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public highly preferred

Salary and Benefits
Salary range of $19 - $21 per hour

The lobby is located at 204 E. Indiana Ave in Spokane. The facility will serve as a cooling station providing people with ice-cold water.
