Menu spotlight: Cantarito Cocktail
It’s what our restaurant is named after! Served in a clay cup, this tequila cocktail is made with grapefruit juice, orange juice, lime juice, and a touch of grapefruit soda. These refreshing, tropical flavors are sure to cool out off this hot summer day!
Cantarito menu spotlight: Panamanian Patacones Rellenos
As you all may know by now, owner Jose is from Panama, and the first dish he made for his wife, Michele, back when they were dating was “patacones.” It’s one of their favorites and had to be on the menu. These patacones rellenos are made by frying plantains and topping them with cooked shrimp in a savory tomato sauce. Have it as an appetizer to share or as a meal in and of itself.
Cantarito menu spotlight: Peruvian Ceviche
Raw white fish cured in lime juice, served the traditional Peruvian way on lettuce alongside savory sweet potato and crunchy corn nuts known as “canchita.” This is a refreshing, light dish that is worth a try, especially in this heat! Pair it with an ice cold Mexican beer or our Peruvian pisco sour cocktail.

Cantarito menu spotlight: Three meat combo fajita
Our fajitas truly come out in style with all that steam while sizzling in that cast iron skillet. You can choose between chicken, steak, or prawns, but if it’s too tough of a choice, pick the two-meat or three-meat combo! And the sizzle isn’t just for meat lovers; we’ve got a delicious veggie fajita option as well.

Cantarito menu spotlight: Peruvian Pisco Sour
We dare you to try something new! Pisco is a Peruvian liquor that is technically an un-aged brandy distilled from fermented grapes, but it’s very different from the typical brandy that comes to mind. It naturally has citrus and vanilla notes and is most commonly used in cocktails like this traditional Pisco Sour. This frothy, citrusy drink may be just what you’re looking for when you’re not up for a margarita!

If your tastebuds are craving some hot flavors, you’ve got to try our “a la Diabla” sauce. For Pollo a la Diabla, you’ve got tender chicken that is smothered in this smokey, spicy tomato sauce. However, if prawns are more your thing, we’ve also got “Camarones a la Diabla,” another spicy favorite!
Spanish phrase to learn for this dish: “Quiero comida picante!” 🌶️
Sun’s coming out soon and these spiked beers inspired by aguas frescas are a refreshing way to change it up. Which flavor are you going to try?

Served with the shaker, this is the top ordered margarita on the menu. It’s made with our own hand-crafted margarita mix and can be ordered in many different flavors. So whether you’re pouring several glasses for yourself or splitting between two, if you’re a margarita lover, this is the one for you!

- Wednesday 5/1, we’re kicking off our Cinco de Mayo daily specials, starting with discounted draft beer 🍻 and MangoShotta Tequila shots 🥭 + a Mole Negro Special

National Burrito Day is coming up, this Thursday, April 4th! To celebrate our love for these big, savory burritos, we’re going to be offering a customer appreciation give away all week.
Here’s how it works:
1) order a delicious burrito any time this week,
2) take a photo and add it to your social media (it could be an IG story, a Facebook post, etc.),
3) tag us in it and we’ll confirm we see it by liking it back.
