This post is a twofer because of time constraints but still wanted to touch on two astrological topics this week.

The first slide is the upcoming Full Moon in Aquarius on August 11th and touches on some ways that you can utilize this moon in your practice.

I’m pretty excited about this full moon. How about you? I tend to prefer when the moon is in an air sign because—I don’t know about you—but I need no assistance wading in the watery depths of life. 🫣

Occurring tomorrow July 28th @ 1:55PM EST

New Moon’s are the time during the month when we get seclusive and turn inward. It’s a time of reflection and setting intentions, typically in the areas of what astrological sign the Moon happens to be in. This New Moon is in Leo; a sign that is expressive, outgoing, caring, and proud. This beckons questions such as: How can we be more expressive of our authenticity? How can we be more proud of who we are? How can be more confident in ourselves and act on what we desire, instead of being afraid that we aren’t worthy enough to receive?

The double dose of Leo (Sun&Moon) energy only amplifies this influence. The cosmos is encouraging us to treat ourselves like the Queens and Kings that we are! It’s time we understand that we are deserving of all the happiness and all the love we daydream about.

-Set new personal goals.
-Build up confidence and self-esteem.

Jupiter, the planet of growth, good luck, & expansion goes retrograde just a couple hours later on the same day as this New Moon. His influence is encouraging us to elevate our vibrations & reach for the stars. We can do that by letting more happiness & pleasure into our lives. It will be hard to ignore all the optimism and faith that surrounds us now. We are finally ready to
go BIG or go home!
