After these 2 concepts came together for me, I reflected on a recent success and realized it included a plan, action, consistency, evaluation, and plan revision, in order for success to follow! Finch Arboretum, a botanical collection of trees and woody plants all labeled for field study, situated on 65 acres in southwest Spokane WA. A wonderful place to shake up my morning and to enjoy the outdoors with my healthy True Keto Shake! Even though strawberry is my favorite flavor of the TKS, my husband likes the chocolate. Day #5 OF THE SHAKE UP YOUR MORNING CHALLENGE: at the site of the US Pavilion for the 1974 Word’s Fair – “Expo 74”. This morning I enjoyed my Strawberry TKS at the skeletal structure of the US Pavilion that is still present in Riverfront Park!
Day #4 OF THE SHAKE UP YOUR MORNING CHALLENGE: at the World’s Largest Radio Flyer Red Wagon, “The Childhood Express” in Riverfront Park, in Spokane WA! The sculpture weighs 26 tons and is dedicated to Spokane’s children. Shaking up my morning on the wagon’s “sliding board”! I haven’t been on a slide in DECADES, actually PROBABLY HALF A CENTURY! I’m loving where my Strawberry TrueKeto Shake is taking me during this 10-day challenge!
DAY #3 OF THE SHAKE UP YOUR MORNING CHALLENGE: at Spokane Falls. Spokane WA is a city that truly has a river that runs through it! And it has a magnificent waterfall! I shook up my morning enjoying my Strawberry True KetoShake (TKS) by walking along the falls and by taking a gondola ride over it. I loved It! I have always wanted to do this. Today was the first time I’ve done this in the 12 years that I have lived here!
DAY #2 OF THE SHAKE UP YOUR MORNING CHALLENGE: at the Historic Davenport Hotel, in Downtown Spokane WA, with my Strawberry TKS! The Davenport Hotel was built in 1914 and was the first hotel in the United States with air conditioning, a central vacuum system, pipe organ, and dividing doors in the ballrooms. The first “Crab Louie”, named after Louis Davenport (for whom the Hotel was named), was created and served here. The hotel is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. I always feel so pampered when I am there. I wanted to shake up my morning here today and to feel pampered while drinking my Strawberry TKS!
DAY #1 OF THE SHAKE UP YOUR MORNING CHALLENGE: on the “Looff Carousel” (built in 1909) with my Strawberry TKS, in Riverfront Park, in Spokane WA!
