Weekly positivity challenge ✨🥰😁

Monday’s Focus : (Protect your peace) Take some extra time today doing something for you. Maybe it’s a meditation session, a face mask or even just a nap. Make sure you do something for YOU.

Tuesday’s Focus: (Health = Wealth) Today let’s treat ourselves to a delicious healthy meal!

Wednesday’s Focus: (Midweek clean) Sometimes during a busy week messes start piling up, adding to the extra stress felt throughout the week. Let’s start small and clean up a little of our space to help free up our minds.

Thursday’s Focus: (SLEEP) Make sure you’re getting a solid 8 hours of sleep. Try to set a strict bedtime for yourself allowing you to feel rested in the morning.

Friday’s Focus: (Exercise) Workingout/ Exercise can look different for everyone. This may be a hike through the woods, a walk down the block or a 2hr session at the gym regardless let’s try to work up a little sweat today!

Saturday’s Focus: (Self-Love) It’s important to show yourself love because, you deserve that and so much more. Today just make sure you tell yourself how amazing you are, how smart you are, how loved you are. Don’t forget about yourself.

Sunday’s Focus: (Digital Detox) The internet can be a very important resource. At the same time it can also be very overwhelming. It’s important to take some time to step away from technology and connect back with yourself and your environment. Today let’s try to take a step back from technology.
