How can your emotions affect your health?
Feeling stressed and angry can weaken your body's immune system, making you more susceptible to colds and infections. It can also prevent you from participating in certain activities and building long-lasting relationships.

March 8th is World Sleep Day!
Sleep affects our ability to concentrate, think clearly, and process new information. The quality of your sleep from the previous night can influence your whole day.
Check out last month's post for some helpful tips on how to have a better night's sleep!
Sleep better and wake up refreshed with an improved bedtime routine.
- A set bedtime: On average, we should get
around eight hours of sleep. Make sure to go
to bed at least eight hours before getting up in
the morning.
- Turn off electronics: Blue light can deceive
your brain into thinking it's daytime, making it
difficult to fall asleep.
- Stretching and breathing exercises: Relieve
physical and mental tension.
- Read or write: This can help to calm your mind
and emotions.
- A calm bedroom environment: A comfortable
temperature, reducing noise and light.
Sleeping repairs our bodies and prepares us for the next day so that we can have a clear mind and a rested body.
