I want to share a 90 Day Challenge I have been doing since Monday. Let's first get honest. I have had 3 kids and I haven't danced or worked out in over 7 years. I'm out of shape and I know it. Now, let me tell you three kids under the age of 5 is a challenge in itself. Let alone working out. What work out (I chase kids all day) 😍??

My goal and what I would love to see if creating . Busy Mommas, tired Mommas, anyone for that matter. Take some time to crank up Danny Gokey's The Comeback song and try to dance to it continuously for the entire song. If you can only dance 1 minute the first day, THAT IS OKAY!! Trust me my first day of 💃 💃 I was out of breathe by a 1:30. Next day I paced myself and kept going!! If you make it through the entire song, play it again adding in more moments.

I do jumping jacks and crisscrossing my legs during the up beats. The down beats I'm doing some core focused punches, leg movements and more. Make it You!! Make it fun! Get your kids to join in.
