Professional sound, lighting and video systems from people who care. We create experiences.
Last weekend we had over 50 crew members working 6 different stages across 2 states.
Summer may be nearing its end but event season is still very much alive.
We’re out here for another great Birthplace of Route 66 Festival!
A little before and after magic from last week’s gig in Austin, TX with .
Have gear, will travel.
Two semis full of audio, lighting and video gear headed for Austin.
A bunch of our crew will be down there all week running the grand ballroom and 20 breakout rooms for Jack Henry’s annual National Sales & Marketing Meeting.
Holy schnikies, summer gig season is here.
We rocked 17 different shows in the last two weeks, including the inaugural concert on the Springfield Cardinals field, the 13th annual Stomp the Blues, an extremely well attended Ozarks Pridefest, several shows at the Gillioz Theatre including a dance recital with Elevation Studio, two weekends of gigs at Railyard Live, and Steve spent last week in NYC as lead patch tech for Gov Ball with our friends at Gateway Studios & Production Services.
Last night, after months of anticipation, Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit came to town and a grand time was had by all.
At the end of the night, Jason’s FOH mixer commented, “a great PA and very well deployed.”
Thanks, dude. We like what we do. It also helps when you have top-tier talent on stage and a touring crew of pros. We’re just happy to play our part.
We provided our V-Series rig with SL-Subs on the ground, a flown moving light package of SolaSpots and SpolaPix, rigging and local crew. Our audio crew was Steve Eudaly and Justin Woods, lighting crew was Garrett Smalley and Van Bridges.
Thanks to Mammoth for bringing another great show to Springfield and inviting us out to do our thing.
Van and Steve spent last week in KC with our friends at Jack Henry for their annual strategic initiatives symposium.
Last week we hosted a free, day-long class for anyone in our production community looking to expand or refresh their basic rigging skills.
Huge thanks to Brad, Kaela and Clayton (the birthday boy) for leading the class, as well as Pogue, Ara, Blaise and Art for pulling points all afternoon so others could learn. We also appreciate our friends at Great Southern Bank Arena for letting us turn the arena into a classroom for a day.
Never stop learning!
First outdoor show of the year. Festival season is BACK, baby!
P.S. Our Q1 rig doesn’t get out much these days, but dang does it still sing.
Steve and Justin caught the Chicken Train to Topeka last weekend, providing audio for The Ozark Mountain Daredevils with the Topeka Symphony Orchestra. The audio dream team rides again.

On this snowy MLK Day, please enjoy this picture of a snowy day in NW downtown SGF from 1948.
Things look a bit different around here these days, but we’re happy to call 500 N Main home.
Happy New Year! We spent it the best way we know how—putting on a show.
Kudos to the Gillioz Theatre for being Springfield’s home for arts and entertainment, The Mixtapes for knowing how to rock a party and to Matt Loveland Photography for capturing these special moments.
Cheers to making more memories together in 2024!
Load-in for our final show of 2023. See you tomorrow night at the Gillioz Theatre for NYE with The Mixtapes!
Saturday was the annual Imagine concert, arguably the Springfield local music scene’s longest running tradition.
Seven acts paid tribute to John Lennon and The Beatles, showcasing unique renditions of timeless classics.
As always, the beautiful and historic Gillioz Theatre served as the perfect backdrop for the event.
Lighting design by our very own Van Bridges. Photo by Matt Loveland Photography.
Load-in for Imagine 2023 at the Gillioz Theatre is underway.
See you tomorrow night!
Now begins the final push of events before a hard-earned holiday break.
Thanks to our long time friend, , for the photo.
Nice lil Saturday with The Beach Boys and Ha Ha Tonka.
The decorative gourds somehow even made the sound more festive.
Our weekend featured six events in three days, including Dropkick Murphys at the Shrine Mosque.
Loved reading this review of Drury's 150th anniversary party with The Ozark Mountain Daredevils. It was a very special night celebrating local music and its legacy that will play on for generations to come.
We are so proud to be a part of bringing arts and culture to the people of Springfield, Missouri and beyond.
Thanks to Sculpture Walk Springfield for letting us be involved.
#7 Call NOW! by Mike Salisbury
Location: SW corner of Jefferson Ave. and E. St. Louis St.
Mike Salisbury uses abandoned payphones as a metaphor for connection and disconnection. These urban street sculptures invite interaction and ultimately become a living, evolving reflection of our culture in a time of change.
“The juxtaposition of an outdated urban artifact surrounding the life force of a tree leaves the viewer to contemplate – is nature protected, or imprisoned? Is this a triumph for the environment, or a rite for our technology? Playful nostalgia or a worrisome premonition?” – Mike Salisbury

Another Peacemaker Festival wrapped! Hoowee, the weather was almost as hot as the lineup, but our crew made it happen on two stages.
Oh yeah, and we just got a half-dozen d&b audiotechnik SL-GSUBs.
When Connect2Culture approached us in late 2020 about designing a modern, future-friendly lighting system for Joplin's forthcoming, state-of-the-art Harry M. Cornell Arts & Entertainment Complex , we jumped at the opportunity.
