COVID19 Notice
The health and safety of our customers, my team and our families is my top priority. With that being said, due to the Coronavirus outbreak we are temporarily altering the way we do business at the office.
Effective March 19th, 2020, we will not allow walk-in business. Thus we will not be accepting payments in the office, will not be conducting face to face appointments or servicing clients in the office. If you want to make a payment at the office, we are asking that you please write a check or purchase a money order and place your payment in an envelope. At the office you can drop it through the mail slot so we can apply your payment. Once we apply the payment we will either email or mail your a receipt. Keep in mind, we can accept payments by phone made with a debit/credit card or can apply a check by phone with our Electronic Fund Transfer technology. If you have an account at Statefarm.com, you can also make a payment online or through the State Farm mobile application on your smartphone (iOS or Android).
At this point, we are maintaining normal office hours as posted but will be serving your insurance needs by phone, email or text. Whether you are looking to make a vehicle change or not with State Farm and seeking a quote, we will continue providing exceptional service in the midst of this challenge and are looking to help more customers.
If you need assistance establishing a claim, you can submit a claim through your State Farm online account, through your State Farm mobile app, by calling State Farm claims at 855-259-8568 or by simply calling us directly. If you call the office after normal business hours you will be directed to our Customer Care Associates and they can assist you.
