What is Wing Tsun Kung Fu?
Wing Tsun Kung Fu is an efficient and dynamic fighting system developed by a female to take advantage of stronger and larger opponents. Wing Tsun does not focus on techniques or require brute strength, but rather utilizes fighting and energy principles to defeat opponents and attackers.
Classes are all levels with individual instruction given to each student throughout every class.

12:15pm - 1:15pm Adult Class
5:30pm - 6:20pm Children's Class
8:00pm - 9:00pm Adult Class
Tuesday: (1st and 3rd)
6:00pm- 6:50pm SG 9-12 Class (1st and 3rd Tuesdays. SG 9-12, SG 8 by invitation.)
7:00pm - 8:00pm Adult Class
*Alternating Tuesday: (2nd and 4th)
6:00pm - 6:50pm Practical Wing Tsun (2nd and 4th Tuesdays)
7:00pm-8:00pm Adult Class
Wednesday:
12:15pm - 1:15pm Adult Class
5:30pm - 6:20pm Children's Class
6:30pm -7:30pm Anti-Grappling Class (1st Wednesday of Every Month. Must have attended the Anti-Grappling 1. Armor required.)
