Working on our next nutrition/lifestyle challenge coming up in September!
If you’re ready to make a REAL change in your health, this is going to be for you. But we only want the committed, not the “losing weight would be nice but I’m too busy” people.
Happy birthday to these awesome members!
I’ve known this wonderful woman for over a decade and she’s been a part of J3 since Day 1.
I remember going to her house when we were opening the gym to ensure she’d be a part of it. Always a smile and a laugh with her and she’s as loyal as they come.
Tomorrow she leaves us for good and starts her new life down in Florida.
Thanks for the memories and I know we’ll see you again when you need a break from that nasty heat :)
15,700 HEAVY kettlebell swings completed in May.
That was a tougher challenge than I thought, but swings are easy now, right? :)
Congrats to those that completed all 1,500 reps.
Dana and a special shout out to for even attempting the 80 # bell for this one!
Congrats to those who hit 12+ classes for May! Keep the consistency.

Another trip around the sun just means more opportunities to be 1% better everyday.
Overtraining is a real thing. Sure, it feels good and you make progress, but too much of a good thing can be bad. Our bodies are designed to push, but also to rest. Without that rest period we find ourselves injured. Then what? All of those gains you made are gone.
Consistency is key, rest is required.
A slow metabolism could be hindering your weight loss goals. The good news is there are ways to speed it up!
To be committed means to make progress. It means showing up with consistency and putting in the effort.
We’re so proud of those that met the requirement of 12+ classes for the month February.
Onward and upward!🚀
Nearly every person that walks through the doors of J3 says they want to lose weight.
The problem becomes when it’s time to take action and achieve that goal.
Start simple. Remove one bad thing at a time. In the long term, it’s the recipe for success.
Had a member post this today. This is the stuff that drives us to always be better, be more creative, and do right by our members to make them better as well.
3 years is a commitment. While members have come and gone, it’s with great pleasure we put this wall up and it means more than the people on it know.
When you join this gym, you join a community of people who care, inspire and commit.
