Happy New Year Salsa de Rosa lovers! We have BIG NEWS! Salsa de Rosa has partnered with the beloved local Smith Brothers! Now you can get Salsa de Rosa flavors in Medium, Hot and Mean Green delivered right to your doorsteps!

We have had our signature rectangular packaging with colorful lids for nearly a decade. We pride ourselves with this premium reusable, microwavable and dishwasher safe package. Not to mention we really pop on the shelves.

This update has been in the works for several months, but have opted to really streamline and modernize our look with a Sealed Square container! We maintain all the same features of our rectangle with the reusability, and most importantly, our colorful lids with the same shelf presence that will help you still find us on the shelves.

This is a new process for us and ask you bear with us as we transition. We have put in countless hours to ensure we run with limited hitches, but can't eliminate them all.

We will be rolling out over the next several weeks as new container replaces the old. Use our ‘Salsa Finder,’ to find the nearest store to you and pick one (or a few) up. Thank you for all the support and being loyal Family de Rosa members!

It’s been a minute since we posted, but we’ve made a lot of changes behind the scenes here at Salsa de Rosa! We’ve recently partnered with Dreamland Foods as our new manufacturer. We feel they nail my mother’s original recipe and are so excited for what’s to come! We truly want to thank our previous manufacturing partner for their years of service.

It was a heck of a 2021! We hope all of our Family de Rosa had a great Christmas and New Year! We've been hard at work to make us the best possible version of ourselves. As always, we are humbled by the love and support of all of our Family!

We are kicking off 2022 with two amazing PNW and Montana staple stores, Super1Foods and Rosauers! We are so excited to get out east and need all of your help to hit the ground running. We will be rolling out over the next several weeks and use our Salsa Finder to find the nearest store to you!

Salsa de Rosa is family and through this Kroger contest, it is the support and love from our immediate and extended Family de Rosa that means the world to us. We went into this with no real expectations other than to just try and enjoy the ride. We are fortunate for this experience, but we came just short of the win. There were so many excellent small businesses we met that will not soon be forgotten. This does not mean the end of our Kroger goals, just have to take another path to get there. We have high hopes we will make it to shelves. We know our journey is laid out before us, we will continue to have faith in that plan and all will happen the way it is supposed to. Stay tuned we’re just getting started!

We are excited to announce Salsa de Rosa is a finalist in the Kroger Go Fresh and Local Supplier Accelerator! This three round nationwide contest ends with a final pitch to a panel in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 6th. We are so blessed to be a part of such an amazing opportunity.

Should we win our region it would put us on the shelves of Fred Meyer, QFC, Ralphs and Food 4 Less. Regardless of the outcome, this would not be possible without our entire Family de Rosa. Thanksgiving 2020 is in the books. Our turkey pretty much sums up the year, not pretty but still so much to be thankful for.

We welcomed our little Adaline to the world this year, making Ro and Steven first time grandparents. Ro wanted grandchildren even before having her own children, explain that one to us. 😄

Yet through a pandemic and chaos we are beyond thankful for our Family de Rosa! Without each and every one of you, we would not be here. We hope you all had an amazing Thanksgiving, and found those moments and people you're most thankful for!

Part 2 of our 'What's Next,' is an update to our website! This has been a work in progress for several months, but we think we nailed it. We opted for a clean, minimal and efficient site that gets you all that you need and nothing you don't. We hope to have live recipe videos down the line as well. We hope you like it!

Although this isn't an official, 'What's Next,' announcement, but a big one in our family. Ro and Steve celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary! Their dedication to not only creating and building Salsa de Rosa, but to their family, friends, community and each other, is admired by so many. They are phenomenal parents and grandparents with hearts of gold!

Part 1 of our 'What's Next,' making it onto Walmart NW shelves! This has been an incredibly tough journey, but also a great learning experience. We will be rolling out in the Produce department over next couple weeks! We'll have stores in WA, OR, ID and even Western MT! We have even more great news to share within the next week or so, so keep your eyes peeled! Hint: our website may be down for a little bit...

Being a Veteran owned company, Memorial and Veteran’s Day, are near and dear to our hearts. My father served in the Army and I served in the Navy. Needless to say, the Army Navy game every year can get a little hostile.
