Happy 4th of July! During the hot weather and always, stay hydrated! The best way, drink water!! Soft drinks, coffee, alcohol and fruit drinks are not proper ways to hydrate and often dehydrate the body in addition to the loads of suger and other additives. So, water is always your best choice! While you're raising your glass of water in toast to the holiday and our independance, remember Cindy Majdecki who passed away on July 4th two years ago now. Of course, her page will continue to update with many of her favorite tips and health information!!

Most of us are deficient in Vitamin D! If you cannot take in enough sunlight, which is an ideal source, supplement with Vit. D3! Talk with your health care practitioners about effective supplemental sources.
Deficiencies have been observed in those suffering the worst symptoms of COVID-19 as well as other infections like the flu, etc.
Whether it's cold/flu season, covid season or just in general, keeping your immune system strong is always important and something you can do for yourself!
