My friends from high school gave me these cookie cutters from Japan!
We were on the girls basketball team back then. Basketball was my life!!Making these cookies took me back to the good old days! 😁 Thank you girls!

高校の女バスの友達からのプレゼント。 のクッキーカッターです。高校の時は女バス命でした。もちろんスラダンはバイブル。ずっと実家に置いたままにしていたスラダンをついに飛行機に乗せて持って帰ってきました!本当に懐かしいです。何十年も前の友達であり、国境も越えているのにもかかわらず今でも繋がっていられることに感謝です。ありがとう!!!

Baseball and jersey combo cookie order for a boy's last game of the season ⚾ The jersey color was so difficult to nail, so it's a bit off... But I heard the kids loved them!!! So I would say it was a success! Thank you so much for the order! I hope the kids will continue to play next season too!!!

I had so much fun making and banking all of these cookies!!! I really love my chocolate chip cookies so I hope the kids enjoyed them as well!!!

Also, this amazing picture was taken by the customer, because I forgot to take them... Was too excited after packaging them 😆

These cookies were given to the unit I used to work at. I have worked at many 'different' types of hospitals over a span of about 15 years, but this unit was by far the best unit I have ever worked at. My colleagues, educational opportunities, and their care was all amazing. I hope I can return to nursing someday and hope to be caring for patients with cardiac disease!!

Do you know this character? Sumikkokurashi Ebifurai no shippo.
There is a boy who loves this character and took it to a whole new level. He named it 'mochi' and started creating its world by drawings and stories and even started imitating how it moves, created games, and more! The whole class started loving the character and now mochi is a character that everyone shares and loves in the class. As the school is getting close to an end, I wanted to celebrate that idea and decided to create a small cookie with 'mochi' on it. It was fun seeing the kids laughing and getting excited seeing this mochi on a cookie! This school year was the year of 'mochi' for the kids, but I can't wait to see what it will be for the 2024-2025 school year!

あるお子さんがこのキャラをすごい好きで、独自の世界を作り出しました。名前をモチと名づけ、お絵かき、自作の本にはもちろんたくさん書かれ、動作、ゲーム、など色々なアイデアを出し、子供達のリーダーとして広めていきました。今ではモチはクラスのキャラとしてみんなに親しまれています。今年度も終わりに近づいてきているのもあり、子供達に何か面白い思い出を作ってあげられないかなと考えたところ、小さいクッキーにモチを出没させてみました！子供達が何でモチがクッキーに乗ってるのー？って大笑いしている姿を見て、本当に嬉しかったです。来年はどんなことが流行るのか楽しみです！

This dorayaki is about half of the size of the original dorayaki. Great taste but half the size😊 This is great for kids' snack! You just need to freeze the ones you are not not going to eat immediately and defrost on the counter when ready to eat! Also, this is great for work gatherings and parties! You must order 12 24. If you need more than 24, we can work it out, so please let me know!

A large order of Easter cookies! They were so fun to create!!! The customer asked to split the box into 2, as toddlers may not be able to eat them all. I thought, what an amazing idea!!! They all turned out great! I hope the kids will like them!

This is a thank you gift for our mail man! He has been delivering mail for us for years! Lately, because I've been receiving mails with my bakery name on it, he has been putting question marks or 'try?' in pencil next to the address, as if he's asking if this is delivered to the correct place. So today, I decided to make a gift for him with my baked goods, letting him know that I opened a bakery and to thank him for all he does.

In Japan, some people like to add butter to foods with red bean paste (anko). This is called 'An-butter". After making butter this morning, I thought, why not make an-butter dorayaki?! By adding this home-made butter, the taste of the dorayaki became a bit softer. Would you be interested in trying this out?
