The COVID-19 pandemic poses many long lasting challenges, and brain fog is one of them. The brain fog scale was developed to evaluate the brain fog level in the general population. There are many triggers and modulators explaining the physiology of brain fog, and there are many methods to treat it. Brain fog is regarded as a cognitive complaint similar to mental fatigue, but it also has physiological and psychological identifiers.

Brain fog has been a more severe and prevalent problems since the onset of the pandemic. Core Wellness is here to help🧠

M E E T A M Y K O Z I A R S K I
Owner of Core Wellness, LISW-S, and EMDR approved consultant 💜

“I am so happy you have taken your first step to emotional healing. I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years and have worked with several different populations including: those suffering from issues surrounding abandonment, physical and sexual abuse, traumatic loss of a child, grief and loss of a loved one, miscarriage and infertility, racial discrimination and abuse, as well as victims of satanic ritual abuse.

I enjoy working with a diverse population and have treated clients ranging from the ages of two to ninety-one. These experiences have granted me knowledge and ability to “meet clients where they are,” have an open, honest, and active therapeutic approach.

I am an EMDR/EMDR 2.0 solution focused therapist and understand that healing past traumas/issues offers clients the ability to enjoy the present and allow for a more peaceful future. I am currently offering EMDR intensive therapy sessions ranging from 2, 3 or 4 hours. Longer sessions are available upon special scheduling. These sessions are set up to uncover and heal past traumas, stuck beliefs or anything else you are not moving past as quickly as you would like in traditional therapy.

By using these longer EMDR intensive sessions, we are able to make progress much more quickly because we are not being interrupted by starting and stopping and losing ground between sessions. These sessions allow for clients to make an incredible amount of progress in a short time.”

Amy is also a 49ers fan😉

Core Wellness offers psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. We have a “core issue” focus at Core Wellness. Many of our clinicians are trained in EMDR, if not certified or working towards their certification. Our diverse practice has the ability to support clinicians throughout their careers. Creating an environment wherein clinicians can practice therapy, Core Wellness, has created efficient processes to manage paperwork and billing issues.
