Founded in 1993, The JCF provides financial assistance to families of children suffering from cancer who are being treated in Onondaga County.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month 🎗️ Join us as we raise awareness, stand by our families, and share the stories of some of our incredible children!

Join us on Sunday, September 29th at our largest annual fundraiser, the 46 Mile Ride for Childhood Cancer Awareness! You don’t have to ride to join in on the fun. We’ll have incredible raffles and a live DJ.

Our wonderful volunteer, Deb Silkworth-Collins, has chosen the JCF to be the beneficiary of her fundraiser, Childhood Cancer Jamboree, on Sunday, June 11th at Mattydale VFW Post 3146.

The event will feature live music, food, a cash bar, and some great raffle items.

Food Truck Battle: We're gearing up for the largest gathering of food trucks in CNY history to return to the NYS Fairgrounds on Saturday, May 13th!

Each year we partner with local charities to give back to the amazing community that supports the local food truck community and our events each and every year. This year we have decided to let our followers pick the local charity that we partner with.

Please nominate your favorite charity in the comments below! We will tally the nominations and allow the public to vote on the top 5 nominees next month.

Tickets go on sale on Monday, February 13th at 10am. Look for some really exciting announcements to drop at that same time. 😀

The JCF is proud to announce our 2022 Holiday Drive. Each year, this drive provides us with an opportunity to connect with our incredible little fighters and their families and remind them that we are always here for them!

In 2022 we're hoping to bring some COLOR to our incredible kids currently fighting cancer at Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital and Upstate Cancer Center.

We're collecting: coloring books, activity books, sticker by number books, Crayola crayons, markers, colored pencils, Play-doh and other art supplies!

You can host a drive at your business, shop and contact us about pick-up, or shop our Amazon Wish List and have your contributions sent right to one of our board members!

If you are a parent of a childhood cancer survivor, a child currently in treatment or an angel and would like your child to be honored at the 2022 Ride please comment below! All we need from you is more information about your child’s story, pictures of your child & your family and permission to share!

In turn, your child will have a spin bike in their honor at the 2022, a team of 4 riders will ride with your child’s story as their motivation, we’ll be able to help more families in your child’s name AND you’ll gain an incredible new tribe of supporters!

Today we want to give a HUGE thank you to Scott Teachout! His Charity Stream on Twitch yesterday raised $1,620. Every dollar raised will help support local families who are currently facing a pediatric cancer diagnosis. This wouldn’t have been possible without Scott and his Twitch community 💛

This Saturday is the day! Our friend, Scott Teachout, is hosting an all day streaming event on Twitch. The online event is in honor of Scott’s daughter, Brooke—an incredible, childhood cancer survivor! We are so grateful that Scott chose the Jonathan Cancer Fund as the beneficiary for his event. With his help, we will be able to continue our mission into 2021!
