This Wednesday from 6-8pm Spaceworks is hosting our free monthly workshop. Learn from Tiffany Burke, How to Take Professional Looking Cell Phone Photos of your product.

This workshop will also have a drawing of either photography or social media marketing mentorship with Tiffany (your choice and 2.5 hours)…must be present to win. Thanks to WA State Microenterprise Association - WSMA for the funds to provide this opportunity!

Workshop Details:
Learn how to take better cell phone pictures for your product so you can create more polished content that sells.

In this workshop we will go over product placement, lighting, set-up and spend a small amount of time on editing tips so you can start taking better cell phone pictures.

If you have a product, please bring it and you will get to practice on it during this workshop.

Alum, Tiffany Burke, is a commercial and portrait photographer for 15 years. She has also been teaching social media marketing for the past 12 years helping small business owners with their branding and content.

Remember weekends are booking 3-5 months in advance but we do have cancellations every now and then so please reach out through the website to see. Also we would love more weekday bookings! Baby showers, bridal parties and birthday parties are our most popular events and we book 4-5 months in advance for weekends. Sometimes we have cancellations so it never hurts to ask! We have been closed for over a year for events. Today and tomorrow is a small indoor market. Masks, social distance, local makers excited to meet you! Please come support the Indoor Market today and tomorrow.

We still cannot host parties. But this is a small step. Please think of us when phase 4 happens. We miss everyone so much.

Our most popular rental? Baby showers! Next would probably be baby/kid birthday parties, bridal showers, themed parties, workshops and photoshoots. We’ve had comedy nights, yoga, poetry readings, live music showcases, art walks, markets and even weddings! 😮

We have seating for up to 50, tables, cozy couches, free parking and nice owners ❤️❤️❤️.

This was a business I had no idea I wanted or would fall in love with but here I am. 🥰 I love our community.

The indoor market/pop-up shop goes until 6:30pm today. Stop by to support your local makers and see some really talented people.

Wow. Building complete! The icing on the cake is this incredible art piece which is a beautiful tribute to Alberta Canada. The artist, Mauricio Robalino has created something for everyone in the community can enjoy for generations to come. Our small event center has been waiting for this ❤️❤️❤️

Someone sent us this pretty cool photo! This is the building our venue is in. Red Elm Cafe, Sound Outreach and The Zodiac Supper Club are on this row with us now too. The photo was taken around the late 1800s, early 1900s. Corner of 11th and MLK. Back then it was 11th and K street. Old Tacoma is beautiful.

One of our favorite parts about owning this small venue: all of the people that gather and make memories together here. We love our town.

Construction on the inside of the studio is just about complete! We are so excited for all the new updates coming. We will share photos and videos of the updated space very soon.
