Thank you again to all of our amazing volunteers, sponsors, community partners, vendors, and more who made our Fall Project Homeless Connect event possible! We had 35 vendors who served people experiencing homelessness get reconnected to important resources and services. We had free lunch, a giveaway area, haircuts, showers and more. We couldn’t do this work without you!

Our vendors were CCS Veterans Services, Community Resource Connection Center, Department of Veterans Affairs, DSHS- division of Child Support, Homeless Mail support, House of Matthew, Metropolitan Development Council, Medical Teams Internation Dental Clinics, Metro Parks, Multicultural Child and Family Center, New Hope – shower and laundry services, NW Justice, One Stop Resource, Pierce County Veterans Services, Pierce Transit, REACH, Sound Outreach, Tacoma Community College, Tacoma Pro-Bono, Tacoma Public Library, Tacoma Rescue Mission, Valeo Vocation, Washington State Employment Security, We Care Daily Clinics, and 5 Coordinated Care and five Housing Screeners on site.

The Medical Teams International Dental Clinic will be at Associated Ministries tomorrow 10am-4pm offering FREE dental services to those in need.

This will be a first come, first served basis so the sooner you stop by the better.
