Congratulations to Dr. Emre Ulusoy, a marketing professor at the undergraduate and graduate levels, for his most recent publication in Marketing Theory, rated as an "A" level journal! The research by Dr. Ulusoy and colleagues is titled "Food Prosumption Technologies: A Symbiotic Lens for a Degrowth Transition" and explores the increasing interest in prosumption, the integration of production and consumption, within the framework of sustainable consumption. It emphasizes the emergence of the degrowth movement as a response to the inherent contradictions in growth-driven and technology-fueled models of sustainable production and consumption. Dr. Emre Ulusoy, along with co-authors, presents an alternative viewpoint that investigates the interplay between technology, prosumption, and degrowth living through a symbiotic perspective, specifically in the realm of food.
We are proud that our faculty not only share knowledge and mentor our students, but they also develop insight and knowledge via their research that supports classroom learning and society.

Thank you, Monica, for sharing your joy and enthusiasm with us!
