What does volunteering mean to you?
"Volunteering to me means supporting your community. Hearing other people's stories and not assuming what people need but listening. Working on conservation and giving back to our cities."

Can you provide a few examples of places you've volunteered?
"Camp Leo, summer camp for Type 1 Diabetics, Husky Volunteers, Camp Cispus, Clean up parks, Dinner events, and more"

What was your favorite volunteer event or experience?
"My favorite volunteer event is a diabetic summer camp called Camp Leo. Every year I am reminded of the community that Type 1 Diabetics have. It is very gratifying and uplifting to be a part of this camp."

What do you hope to take with you from your experience as a volunteer?
"I hope to continue the connections and relationships I have formed from volunteering with these communities. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories."
