We’re grateful to have come out of this storm unscathed, we know a lot of residents are dealing with damages after the storm. Our team is eager to serve everyone tonight after a week of high stress. Come see us for some great food and cocktails, we’ll be open regular hours this Friday and Saturday, 5pm-12am.

We'll be closing early tonight at 10pm due to the incoming storm. For everyone prepared, we look forward to being a place of comfort before this storm.

For the safety of our customers and staff, we will be closing our doors this Thursday as everyone prepares for Hurricane Helene. We are closely monitoring the progression of the storm.�
Today Seven Hills Hospitality restaurants will be fully operational and open regular hours except for and who will be closing early at 10pm.

We want to thank you for your understanding, stay tuned for further updates from each restaurant as we reopen our doors for business. This drink is scary good. Properly named the Miami horror, this is a delicious tequila/mezcal cocktail with some unique flavors including mamey syrup. Mamey is a delicious tropical fruit that is comparable to a brown sugar-covered sweet potato with notes of pumpkin, caramel, and cantaloupe!

Inspired by the rich notes of coffee and a touch of classic flavors, we crafted this cocktail using coffee bean-infused Bacoo 12-year rum and a unique cinnamon-date orgeat. The zesty twist of lemon and grapefruit complements the sweet brûléed date garnish, creating a delicious blend of coffee, citrus, and sweet notes.

We're so excited to introduce our new bar program manager, Jason!
Jason started bartending in 2018 and joined the 1903 family last year to expand his knowledge and grow behind the bar.

He loves engaging with customers and talking about different spirits. He also enjoys finding obscure classic cocktails as well as workshopping new drinks with coworkers.

Fun Fact ✨ Outside of work he enjoys traveling to new places, trying our different foods and going to races.
