PRIDE - This has gradually crept into Today's Church/Ministry and displaying among Ministers, Pastors and Leaders.
For Instance, a Minister says: Do you know I preach better or Bigger Ministry than he does? Ministry and Leadership is a place for humble people, not the pride.
PRIDE is a relationship Killer and a spiritual gift of the devil 😈. Be Mindful!!
6 Simple things pride does in Ministry and Leadership:
#1- Pride makes you feel above everyone & you know too much more than others.
#2- Pride makes you see people as slaves, not you as their servant.
#3- Pride makes you criticize people when you see them walking in growth.
#4- Pride makes you see yourself as the only channel through which God speaks to His people.
#5- Pride attacks change in the ministry when it comes.
#6- And it makes you see everyone as babes in the Faith or Ministry.
