The man, the myth, the legend: Ranger Ken! If you ever rented a space at Railroad Square or enjoyed going to Railroad Square, you should thank Ken. For over 3 decades, this man made major contributions to keeping the Art District alive, allowing it to become what it is today. One might say these buildings are made of metal, wood, and the sweat of Ken Bernhard! For so many years, we relied on Ken’s creativity, hard work, consistency, knowledge, and steadfast determination to deal with any situation. He has been in, under, and on top of every building here. He is an artist, and maintaining Railroad Square has been his craft. He is surprised by nothing and is willing to try to come up with a solution for anything. Personally, he has a heart of gold and is a spreader of kindness. We are forever grateful for his loyal determination and major contributions in shaping the evolution of the Downtown Industrial Park into Railroad Square Art District.
