There WILL be class today @ 4:45! I cant wait to see all of you there! We will be having class this Wednesday but it will be @ 4:45 instead of the normal 6:15 time! Saturday there will be NO classes due to Deer Lake's Taste of the Lakes event!

Remember everyone, NO CLASSES today 4/2 because of TaeKwonDo Testing! Next week monday we will have class and wednesday we will have class but wednesday will be at 4:45 instead of its regular time

Ok this message is for everyone participating in the demo this weekend.

here is the order that i have for the demo right now

-Everyone will start by doing vaults through the yellow things

-Next ill have you all split up and some doing tacs off the slide then vaulting through the yellow things again / everyone else will be doing laches off of the bars

-Then i will have everyone doing vaults over the bottom of the slide then going up the stairs to slide down the other side and jump, spin , flip , whatever off the end of the slide and it will rotate like that.

- Then i will have some people jumping off the side of the spin slide, and others climbing up something.

- Last thing ill let you guys do a kind of freestyle where i will let you go around and have some fun and do whatever.

then that will be the end of the demo.
