Hayley received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Nicholls State University. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. She is also a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the Xi Zeta chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Hayley was born and raised in Thibodaux, where she still currently resides with her husband, Jordan, and daughter, Andi. She enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with family. She is excited to provide care to the pediatric population in her hometown.

Hayley is available immediately to see both wellness and sick visits. She has already been an incredible addition to our clinic, and she looks forward to getting to know all of our patients and families.
