Please join us at Camp John Hope on December 10th, 2023 for a Cabin Room Dedication in memory of Mr. Jimmy East and Mr. Johnny Jones as well as in honor of Mrs. Beurena Wakefield.

Mr. East and Mr. Jones were dedicated members of the Georgia FFA Alumni and Georgia FFA Alumni Council for many years. They deeply cared for the students of Georgia FFA and strived to support the organization in any way they could, both locally and on the state and national level.

The first FFA Alumni and Supporters grant application deadline is Wednesday, March 1. 🗓 Apply to be considered for a Give Back to Your Roots grant, funded by Nutrien Solutions, or a Legacy Grant, funded by Tractor Supply Co. 🌟

Here's how one chapter put the grant funding they received to good use: West Greene FFA Alumni and Supporters was awarded a $5,000 Give Back to Your Roots grant last year. 🤩 They used the funding to create a small animal science lab complete with a variety of animals, habitats, food, and environmental controls. So far, 63 local students have gained hands-on experience working with small animals, thanks to the new facility. 🐓 🌾
