🔵 Diet and Hydration can be interchanged and are equally important in supporting your body during after after exercise.

🟡 Functional Movements are very effective for helping the body to stay mobile and flexible on “rest days” or “active recovery days”.

🟠 Self Treatment: More often than not, these types of modalities are over used and more importantly, used improperly. Please don’t waste your time, contact a licensed professional.
