💥 Project Spotlight: Transforming Brenna Bone's Digital Presence

We are thrilled to share our latest project—a complete digital transformation for Brenna Bone, a rising talent in the Nashville country-rock music scene. Designed by our Lead Designer Chad B. Sherman. This project was a holistic approach to elevate Brenna's brand, improve user experience, and drive engagement.

🛠 Services:

Complete Site Design Overhaul:
We revamped color schemes, typography, imagery, and UI elements to align with Brenna's brand identity. We also designed the new site with an emphasis on full responsiveness across a variety of devices, particularly mobile.

Complete UX Overhaul:
The layout now includes visual cues, aiding users in navigating through stylish and engaging imagery, and video. We emphasized micro-interactions in pertinent informational sections as well. The homepage is designed to be not only interactive and engaging but also intuitive for all users on all devices.

Web Hosting Upgrade:
We migrated to our partnered hosting with faster service at no charge, ensuring quicker load times and a smoother user experience as well as more efficient admin management.

SEO-Optimized Content Creation:
We conducted comprehensive keyword research and generated SEO-optimized content to help improve search engine rankings. This content included on-page copy, image and video alt-text/captions/descriptions, Structured Data Markup pertinent to Brenna’s performing career, and more.

Performance Optimization:
We helped to optimize the overall performance metrics of Brenna’s new site through techniques including but not limited to – HTML/CSS/JS Minification, Server Side .gzip Compression, and Image Compression/Formatting.

Custom WordPress Theme:
A fully customized and editable front-end built in Webflow and ported to WordPress allows Brenna to update her site without compromising the design.

Intuitive Web Components:
Implementation of high-converting navigation, CTA, micro-interaction, and animation design.

User Engagement/Lead Generation:
Options for booking shows and contacting Brenna are now easily accessible via on-page forms and mail-to links.

Integrated Merch Shop:
Seamless navigation between Brenna's main site and her new Shopify storefront (also created by us).

Music Embeds:
Stylish and interactable link blocks that also lead to Brenna's top tracks on Spotify are integrated into the site.

Ticketing & Shows API:
Upcoming and recent past shows are integrated via the BandsInTown API with options to RSVP, purchase tickets, and show support for each of Brenna’s listed shows.

Google Site Kit/Analytics Integration:
Google Site Kit and Jetpack are integrated for real-time site health checks, optimization specifics, traffic insights based on a variety of time frames, and user engagement data.

Our project initiatives encompassed a variety of mediums from web to video to package and print design throughout the past year working with NEVERDRY Products.

Recently, NEVERDRY has begun to expand in reach due to initial design and marketing efforts and with that came the emergence of two new product offerings from the company. The ND Universal Gun Cleaning Kit and the ND All-Purpose Oil Lubricant. We’ve led initiatives for these products recently that included but were not limited to Product Label Design, Content and SEO development, Brand Design, Amazon Listing Development, Enhanced Brand Content Development, and more.

Due to many of these efforts performing successfully, NEVERDRY has positioned itself to increase traffic and sales dramatically over the next few months and years as they’ve started to catch fire recently in both of their main selling markets.

- 56% increase in total sessions (Q3 to Q4 2023).
- 160% increase in total sessions (End of Q4 2023 to Q1 2024).

Sadie's website is a beautifully designed UI that effectively showcases Sadie's music, upcoming shows, merchandise, and electronic press kit. Consistent and cohesive branding, effective use of imagery, music integration, e-commerce functionality, electronic press kit, and API integration all contribute to a positive user experience.

This project was led solely by our lead designer/front-end developer/project manager Chad Sherman

Branding: The website effectively communicates Sadie Bass's brand through the use of consistent branding elements such as the logo, color scheme, and typography. The branding is consistent across all pages, creating a cohesive user experience.
