Thanks everyone who came to "Show & Tell" last night. As always, it was very enlightening. Hope to see everyone next month.
Happy New Year!
Make a resolution to join our new meetings at new times and location. Starting next Monday.
We are close to securing a meeting space at NMC. We are targeting 2nd Mondays of the month, starting on January 8th. We have a speaker lined up, and we're excited to get things started off!
Good news everyone! Meetings may resume starting in the new year. New venue. More details to come...
Tonight's Meeting is
CANCELLED
Looking forward to seeing everybody at the LUG meeting tomorrow night!
CANCELED! CANCELED! CANCELED! Tonight's meeting has been canceled due to severe weather forecasts. Sorry for the bad news. See you next month.
It's been a few years since we've last done an amateur radio meeting. I've asked a few people in that hobby-field if they would be interested in participating, without response. I suspect it may be one of those cases where "if we schedule it, they will come." How many of you would be interested in coming to and/or participating in group discussion of radio at an upcoming meeting (i.e. June)?
Quick reminder - GTLUG meeting tonight at the Traverse Area District Library on Woodmere starting at 7:00p! See you there!

As has been the case for the past 5+ years (or longer) our July meetings seem to fall during the National Cherry Festival. As a result to help 1. Avoid adding more traffic to an already overloaded town, 2. Allow those who might want to go downtown to have fun the chance to do it, there will be no July meeting for GTLUG. Our next meeting will be August 12th at the TADL Woodmere Branch! We look forward to seeing everybody there!
One question that recently came up on irc.slashnet.org is, "How do I get notifications of when GTLUG - Grand Traverse Linux Users Group has meetings?" (paraphrased)
One suggestion is, on our page, under the "Liked" drop-down, select "Get Notifications." You'll get notifications of events we create, and related updates. We promise not to spam our "Timeline" with garbage content, if that's a concern.
