Change Your Life with Food is for all interested in learning the keys to accelerate energy, improve outlook, transforms habits, lose weight and feel great.
I call my program Change Your Life with Food. If we find ourselves in a place of illness, sadness, unhappiness and generally not liking ourselves, we have probably used food to get us there. Change Your Life with Food reverses this momentum with good, real food and positive lifestyle changes over six months. You can reclaim your happiness and zest for life and reach your wellness goals that you only dreamed of.
I remember being exhausted at the end of a week from deciding what I was supposed to eat 3 meals x 7 days = 21. Some ways of eating cause us to be hungry every 2 hours (vegan). Some ways of eating suggest we eat the rainbow and get as much variety as possible (vegetarian-very exhausting). Some ways of eating require lots of supplementation ( the 2 diets I just mentioned) because they are devoid of significant, critical nutrients (I don't think God made this world and all it's food sources so we could take lots of pills). I think we are supposed to eat fat (for your brain and every other function in your body) and meat ( which gives you all the amino acids..think building blocks for our body to repair). This is the best diet to gain optimal health. Let me know if you want to know how to do this with ease.
Soon we will not remember the way our grandparents and ancestors ate. They ate meat with all the fat and lard. They did not waste anything. They did not have Kraft or Kelloggs or Pillsbury. Sometimes life can get out of control in every area, especially food and taking care of ourselves. There is something that most of us do 3x per day that can truly influence our health quickly. What do you think it is?
How has your nutrient intake been over the pandemic. Mine has been much less than perfect. As summer approaches I know my body will be craving lighter foods: summer fruits like melons, salads with citrus dressing, vegetable stir fries. I will be posting some great summer foods over the next few months. For now this Berry " ice cream" will hold you over:
1 frozen banana
2/3 cup any frozen Berry
Dash of cinnamon
Use food processor to blend all ingredients till smooth.
Eat immediately and enjoy!
Giving Whole30 a try. I mean I am doing this! This is Day 4. Had to restart because of the heavy cream in my coffee on day 1..🤣 Something is happening. I am losing my cravings. Yep!
Green juice is electrifying. Add chia seeds or psyllium husks if you juice for a full day to get your necessary fiber. Plant energy!!!

Are you tired of paying $9.00 and $10.00 for a small container of "clean" salad dressing (like Primal)? Today I am sharing my 7 favorite salad dressings/sauces that you can make a ahead and refrigerate for weeks. I store my salad dressings in these container pictured below. Some of my favorites are: Lemony-Pink Salad Dressing, Citrus Vinaigrette and Mustard Dill. DM me if you are interested in the recipes.
Do you have a plan for your nutrition today or do you let each meal approach without a plan of action?
If your plan is the latter, you could use a change.
We are supposed to eat. Let me say that again. We are supposed to eat. Instead of using an app to track what you eat after you eat it, listen to your body.
Here are three tips to make a change:
1. Eat half of what you were going to eat at each meal for just 3 days and eat slow. You will see that half of what you usually eat, will satisfy your hunger and get you through to the next meal (make sure to include; protein, fat and good carbs (veggies).
2. Eat your largest meal at lunch or before 4 p.m. If you need something later (no later than 8 p.m.) eat some fruit until satisfied.
3. No alcohol for at least one week and see how you feel. Alcohol (wine) will cause you to find a snack to go with it and your will power will be less as you sip that red beauty.

Great breakfast for the weekend. Riced cauliflower with canadian bacon, shallots, english peas and eggs mixed in. Side of berries and you are good till dinner.

These are amazing! You will find these portable protein nuggets a staple in your life.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of slivered almonds or chopped whole almonds
1 cup of hazelnuts
½ cup of almond meal or other nut flour
½ cup of unsweetened dried coconut
½ cup almond butter
½ cup of coconut oil
¼ cup of honey
2 tsp of pure vanilla
½ teaspoon of salt
1 cup of dried fruit, like cranberries
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the primal cooking fire (oven) to 350 degrees and toast the nuts until golden brown stirring occasionally. Watch them carefully, they’ll go from golden to black fast! Once they are toasted nicely, toss them in the stone grinder, (the food processor or blender) and give them a few pulses till they are a coarse meal and stir into the nut flour in a medium bowl.
2. In a microwave safe bowl, warm up the coconut oil and almond butter for about 20 seconds, in the radiant zapper, (microwave) and stir them together well. (Or use a double boiler to do this) Add the honey, vanilla, and salt then mix till all creamy and you are starting to drool. Fold the nut mix into the honey mix then add the fruit. Pat into an 8 x 8 baking dish and stick in the ice cave (fridge) for 1 hour or more till nice and solid. Cut into squares and try not to grunt when eating. Keep in the ice cave to store.
