Today's card: rebirth. Times are changing! Things have been a huge struggle lately but you have made it through the dark. It is time to up aside things that are no longer serving you and rejoice in the light at the end of the tunnel. This time may be painful and hard but you got this. Change is needed for growth, and if it hasn't started yet it will be starting soon.

Pulled a card for today for a general reading. Today we need to purify our minds and souls. Work today on removing those negative thoughts. When you catch yourself saying or thinking something negative stop and rephrase. Remember to take time today to think about your blessings and use that joy and happiness to purify your heart and soul.

Another way to purify is to look at your diet and see if that needs a restructure. Eat more leafy greens and veggies. Eat the rainbow. Enjoy your food and take the time to savor every bite. Drink more water to help things move within your body.

Remember, you are strong and worth taking care of.
