Try out this short warmup routine!
It has both great Anterior and Posterior movements
Repeat 2-3 times for maximum affect!
Always warmup for 8-10 minutes prior to exercise
I cannot tell you how many times I’ve pulled a muscle or tweaked something because I thought I didn’t have the time.
Make the time. A proper warmup can make a bad training day a great one! 💪🏻

The only way you get any of them is if you stop selling yourself short. Stop making excuses and stop treating yourself like you can’t do anything hard.
YOU CAN
Only through adversity will you attain anything truly great. All of those things are attainable for anyone, but not everyone is willing to work every day for it.
Living life with regret is hard, but working towards goals and all of those things above are hard. It’s just up to you to choose which hard you want to live with.
