I started on the set of boat injectors last night. 2 of them were stuck closed. After a few minutes on the machine, they started working but 3 leaked after the static flow test. I will finish the cleaning process tonight and should have good results to share with the customer tomorrow.

I had a set of 2600s Bosch injectors in today for a cleaning and they for sure needed it. They sat with E85 in them for months which is hard on an injector. It's better to run some premium gas throughout the system, before letting them sit with ethanol in there. But I had good results and the customer will be happy when he's at the track today making passes. Msg me to set an appointment to have yours tested.

Got another set of tacoma injectors from a local dealership the other day and #3 had a bad coil and wouldn't spray at all. The rest cleaned up nicely.

When replacing your fuel injectors, it's always a good idea to check the fuel rail for old o-rings

Alot of times when gas sits in a unsealed fuel rail like in a junk yard engine or a spare engine you've been saving, the gas turns into a green gel that likes to lock up injectors and all 8 in this set were stuck.
