Our May 22 national hiring event saw great success as we hosted over 2,700 attendees nationwide and were able to quickly hire over 750 people across a number of specialties including nursing, radiology, respiratory therapy, etc. to support our varied levels of care in our 96 facilities across the nation.

Each month, our Nursing Council meets to discuss patient care needs, standards of work, and process improvements. Yesterday's meeting was extremely productive and we appreciate our team setting aside time each month to discuss these important topics!

Battling deep-seated prejudice against women and Black Americans in medicine, Dr. Rebecca Lee Crumpler, became the first Black woman to earn a medical degree in the United States in 1864. After graduating from the New England Female Medical College, she treated Civil War refugees before becoming the first Black person to publish a medical book, focusing on best practices for good health for women and children. This Black History Month, we applaud Rebecca’s pioneering achievements.

Our team got into the holiday spirit last week for our ugly Christmas sweater/ holiday swag day as we raffled off gift cards!

Santa, his elves, and reindeer visited staff and patients this week and handed out ornaments and treat bags!

Last week, we held our first in-person skills fair since before the pandemic with hands-on learning stations for all disciplines in the hospital. We appreciate everyone who attended!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! We are loving the festive trees around our facility. Which one is your favorite?

Last week, due to windy weather conditions, our team hosted our annual Trunk or Treat event in our cafeteria. Team members and their families enjoyed treats, coloring, games, and music!

These are pics of our 300 hall remodel which opened last week!

📷 : We are celebrating our excellent quality outcomes for the month of June by wearing green and green treats. We had no catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTIs) and no primary bloodstream infections (CLABSIs) for June. Great work, team!

📷: (From left) Cody, Linda and Adel attended Group Crisis Intervention Classes and are now certified to help staff, families, patients and others if there is ever a crisis that needs intervening. It was a two-day certification course on counselling those in crisis and steps to address small and large groups. Way to go!
