I first heard this story on the TV news a few minutes ago, but there was no information about who did the shooting. I was wondering how someone got a gun into a courthouse. Now, we learn that it is not only some cop that apparently killed the judge but THE sheriff himself.

These thug and bully clowns always want to do their illegal searches of us at the courthouse door. Most of them are complete jackasses about it. I have always said but what about them. They have a gun. They are violent thugs. They enjoy violating human rights. Who is going to search them. Who is going to protect us from them. Well, no one because they are allowed to have guns in the courthouse. And at least for one judge, that was not very safe, was it?

For the record, I passed the bar exam in Nevada, Oklahoma, and Kansas the first time I took each exam. There was no try, only do.

I really do not understand how almost 1/4 of people failed the bar exam. All you have to do is buckle down, lock yourself in your room, and study, with the special study course made for the bar exam, all day, every day for 8 weeks. (Or like when I took the Oklahoma bar, I was driving a truck. So I took 10 days off and crammed the 8 week study program into 10 days.) If some goofball like me can pass three bar exams, then anyone can.
