Against Global Hunger
We mobilize volunteers of all ages in local communities to help with food packaging, fundraising, and
Against Global Hunger packages highly-nutritious food and sets up food packaging events with corporate and community engagement. AGH works through partnerships with food banks, pantries, schools and humanitarian organizations worldwide to distribute the meals to families in need. To date, AGH (formerly Kids Against Hunger Global, Inc) has distributed its specially formulated food to starving children and their families in more than 80 countries globally.
It is a relief when a missionary calls with a need for meals to take with them on their journey and we can tell them we have meals ready to go and paid for by our recent donors!
Your giving does that. šš¼

Meals and Feels.. all day every day during the Tulsa State Fair!
Eliana is 8.
She is the daughter of our CEO Letitia Williams and has been helping AGH since she was old enough to stand at the table and package meals.
Out here at the fair, thousands of people walk by and we try to tell them all that they can help feed hungry kids with just .35 a meal.
So when I walked up on her with this sign, I had a couple thoughts.
First and foremost, we are so proud and grateful for helpers getting the word out and doing whatever it takes to help.
Second, so often in the non-profit charity world, fundraising can feel like begging. Itās the hard truth.
If we saw a child standing on the corner with a sign weād be startled and compelled to do something urgently. But children donāt stand on corners with signs when theyāre hungry. Fortunately, many of them call us! WE KNOW THE FACE OF HUNGER IN OKLAHOMA. We know their names and we know thereās even more being missed.
So we stand here for them. With our voices and with our hand made signs and we ask for your help on their behalf.
Kudos Eliana for having the heart to help and being brave enough to stand with your precious sign!
Day 1 at the Tulsa State Fair š¤©
Come see us in the upper level Sage Net Center on the Southwest wall right next to guest services.
The Tulsa Fair event is our biggest fundraising and packaging event of the year. It is 11 Days of interaction, community service, outreach and teamwork!
Missions teams, church pantries, backpack programs, veteran groups and individuals rely on this event to continue to receive nutritional, shelf-stable meals for those who are in crisis.
You can be the reason they continue to receive.
We want to talk to your community service groups, outreach teams, missions, youth groups and church pantries.
Call or send us a message today! We need you!!

Charlie is a man on a mission. Every month, he picks up meals in Muskogee and delivers them to families and individuals in rural areas who lack transportation. On his return trip to Chelsea, he drops off meals in Pryor and offers rides for clothing and other essentials. With the help of generous donors like YOU and local companies like QT, we can equip those who are willing to meet desperate needs.
Together we can do so much!
Out making friends at the VA Veteranās Resource Fair in Muskogee today! Providing guidance and resources to Veterans.
AGH helps meet the needs of malnourished and underserved veterans by getting nutritious, non-perishable meals to the hands of those serving our American heroes.
Serving those who served us is always an honor! šŗšø
Had a nice visit with the VA in Muskogee this morning. Their social service teams and outreach services have a desire to insure the veterans they serve are gaining access to fully nutritious meals.
Our American heroes and their families should never have to wonder if they can afford to eat today.
Your monthly giving towards local distribution can help provide fully nutritious meals on the shelf of those who served.
Any gift large or small makes a big impact for those who are hungry right here in our own back yard.
Your support is essential and so appreciated!

We love this picture from last summer!
Distribution of nutritional meals when needed is one of the vital parts of our work. Since the closing of Promenade Mall last September, everything we do is fully mobile. Meal packing events, food distributions to micro-pantries, home deliveries, drop shipments. Itās all a part of how we give direct access to children and families who are hungry. Last October our box truck died. The continuous road blocks have not deterred our efforts or commitment to children facing malnutrition. Supporters have stepped in to donate the use of trailers when needed, our board members load up their own vehicles. Sometimes we deliver and sometimes those who redistribute pick up from us, this type of boots on the ground teamwork helps to keep things flowing. Serving our neighbors is not just our slogan. Itās what we do, together.
Yesterday News Channel 2 asked us to share thoughts on the summer meal program in Sand Springs from the perspective of delivery of a meal each day during the summer to Sandy Park Community Center. A low income housing project with many children receiving at least one meal a day while school is out.
The article we were included in was actually in regard to the federal school meal program which allows students to eat breakfast and lunch at no charge due to high rates of poverty in the community.
Our answer remains the same, āpoverty and hunger go hand in hand.ā Too many kids are missing meals in Oklahoma and any time you are able to give them direct access to nutritional food, that is a win!
This morning we head out to Dominican Republic to establish relationships for a feeding program. It is a long time dream and plan of this organization and we are very excited about the possibilities. Hurricane Beryl passing south of the island is a good reminder of just how quickly things can go from exciting plans to desperate needs. Thank you for your prayers and support for the people of Hispaniola.
Honoring all you dads who help us believe we can do great things!
Happy Fatherās Day from all of us here at AGH!
Packing meals in Muskogee today for International missions. An ongoing effort to bring relief to those who are in desperate need of life saving meals.
Thank you for your help and support!
Together we are reaching the nations.

We are entering our annual Food Fore Kids Charity Golf Tournament weekend and have a few honorable mentions for in-kind contributions towards golfers goodie bags, auction baskets and prizes! Heartbreaking news!!
Davy and Natalie Lloyd along with their Haitian director were killed last evening after armed gangs attacked their missionary property.
We are so sorry to read the report.
Please pray for the Lloyd family and all those who are in the mission field in Haiti.
We are grateful to Standley Systems for providing excellent customer care throughout the years.
AND for being a company who cares about the community they serve.
AGH was selected as a recipient of their 2024 āWe Delight in Givingā Spirit Week awards to 30 area non- profits doing great work across the state.
Kudos to all those working hard to take care of our neighbors! And kudos to this amazing Oklahoma company taking a higher level of responsibility to encourage and promote a spirit of excellence.
We are so sad to share in the loss of our beautiful friend Shelly Chitwood(Ashwood). She was a wonderful supporter & volunteer and served the last two years on the Advisory Board helping advocate for children in our local area known to be missing meals.
Her heart was the biggest!! Always serving behind the scenes to get things done.
We will miss her more than words can express. Prayers for supernatural peace to all who loved her and know what an impact she had on the world!
Update: This call to action has been answered! šŖš¼
