We are elated to announce that we will be partnering with Home Instead this year for their Be a Santa to a Senior gift drive! 🎁🎄

Home Instead was founded in 1994 with their mission being to provide tailored in-home care with a passionate touch. Home Instead offers services to the elderly and those with disabilities.

Participating in the gift drive is simple:

1) grab an ornament off of our Giving Tree and let our front desk write down your name and phone number on our Contact List.

2) purchase the gifts requested on the ornament. Feel free to add extra things that would make sense to include (if someone is requesting nail polish & makeup, you can include a little cosmetic bag!)

3) return your gifts, UNWRAPPED and in a box or bag, to Wild Roots on Friday, December 15th by 5pm. The Home Instead team will pick up the gifts to wrap and distribute the following Monday!

It’s long overdue to introduce our Front Desk Associate, Bethany! She’s the woman behind the team making sure our daily operational duties are completed with efficiency, and acts as our salon’s hostess-with-the-mostess!

Bethany is a Florida native, an FSU alumni, cat-lover, and engaged to an airman stationed here at Moody AFB. She’s been a blessing to our entire team, and we have had the sweetest compliments about her infectious energy throughout the salon!

From answering our phones, to helping pick the right at-home care for your hair, to checking out Blu Lily Boutique items, to the person behind [email protected], and keeping our Wild team in line… we are grateful to have her!

🚨As of this afternoon, we have power and internet again! 🚨 It was on and off yesterday as they’ve been repairing MAJOR damage in our immediate area. Some of our team still does not have power or normal cell service yet! We’re still unsure if and when schools will go back, which also effects our ability to go back to work. If your stylist does reach out and get you in soon- plan on major delays in travel due to many road closures that lead to the salon! Avoid coming from the Ashley side of Woodrow Wilson, and Gornto (which turns into Woodrow Wilson) is closed from Oak Street!

IDALIA UPDATE: We are without power still but so thankful to say no major damage to our building, or any of our team members homes!!
