Join us Monday, June 10th, 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm for the Women's Cancer Support Group, a partnership of Compass Oncology and Pink Lemonade Project that gives women diagnosed with breast or women’s cancer an opportunity to talk with others who are facing similar challenges in a safe, welcoming environment.

Oncology social workers will be present to facilitate the conversation and to answer any questions you may have about physical or emotional issues, treatment side effects, and general coping strategies. This support group is for all women who have received a women’s cancer diagnosis and are in any stage of treatment or survivorship.

Pink Lemonade Project will host a one-day MBC retreat, Saturday, April 27, 10:00 am-4:00 pm, at the Grotto in Northeast Portland. This retreat is open to women living with a metastatic or stage four diagnosis.

Facilitated by oncology social workers, this retreat encourages participants in guided discussions about issues specific to them, including dealing with difficult feelings, communicating with family, and managing stress. Other activities include guided meditation and / or massage sessions.
