A word from our Chairman on the decision to POSTPONE the 2025 Best of the Mess to 6 February 2026! We are already planning for this major event with the goal of it being the best yet! There’s plenty of room for volunteers, so reach out if you can help!

We need your help! The Best of the Mess is our largest fundraiser! We count on volunteers to make it happen! Please reach out if you can lend a hand.

We’re looking for a couple of motivated individuals to serve the key positions of Coordinator and Registration Chair for Best of the Mess 2025! This event is our biggest fundraiser and requires a dedicated team to plan and organize the details! Our 2024-25 CPOSF Scholarship Winners!

We had over 200 amazing applicants and Thanks to ALL the generous donations from our supporters and those who also participated in our fundraisers, we were able to award 2 - MCPON Scholarships for $5,000 each and 40 - $2000 Scholarships for a total of $90,000! That's 7 more scholarships for a Total of $14,000 more than last year THANKS to our SUPPORTERS and SPONSORS!!

Congratulations to our 42 Scholarship Recipients and again a hearty THANK YOU to ALL who have supported CPOSF in these very difficult and trying last 4 years!

Seven years ago today, we laid to rest MCPON 3 Bob Walker. His legacy lives on today and everyday in the CPOSF. MCPON Walker and MCPON 7 Duane Bushey joined together to create the CPOSF and we are honored to sponsor a special scholarship in honor of MCPON Walker. This year’s MCPON Basket was auctioned at our Best of the Mess event for $11,000, which will fund two MCPON Walker scholarships!
