Happy Hannukah to our Jewish friends and families all around the world !!

Thankful for Stone to help set it up and decorate tonight before Benson and Ben made it back from baseball ! He was so excited to use his Corgi dog menorah he made in art last year.

Our kids go to an amazing school where they learn about Judaic studies and Hebrew on top of IB school. They have met friends for life, even if we aren’t Jewish… all are welcome !

We are so thankful for all of the wonderful community , and teachers that we have met in these past few years .

We cherish our times at the JCC and the school. Some of our best memories have been spending 4 hours at the J bc the kids refuse to leave until we have done it all!

Thank you to Shikma and Danny for always including us in their home to share the holidays with! We love you !!

Thank you to Allena who we can always call and ask questions anytime .

Also grateful for the Cardo Cafe… if it was only open at night , we would be there lolol

Sol is a powerhouse!!



Sol Mora is a newcomer to “Chacha’s Pilates Tribe”. In December 2019, she attended a Pilates Heritage Continuing Education Seminar/Workshop conducted by Chacha Guerrero in her hometown of Mexico City. Sol has several accreditations in Movement, Fitness, Dance and Anatomy and Physiology. She has extensively traveled as a performer, student and teacher. In 2007 she initiated her formation in the Pilates Method at Body Evolution. She credits and acknowledges Pilates teacher Irma Beltrán for the opportunity to institute her teaching. In addition, she has worked at BODY Evolution Del Valle under the direct supervision and mentorship of PILATES HERITAGE certified teachers: Pedro Barcena Coqui and Karla Lopezllera Buitron. Since 2015, Sol teaches at her self-owned studio Pilates Aparatos in Mexico City.

Pilates Heritage Legacy Teacher Extraordinaire TERESA FLOYD has been a Contrology advocate, pupil, practitioner, preservationist and teacher for over 20 years, earning her Teaching Certification and Training from none other than our friend and mentor, the One and Only Protégé of Joseph Pilates, Romana Kryzanowska in 2003 at Drago’s Gym in New York City! Teresa inaugurated her Flo Pilates Studio in 2008. In 2009, she attended her first of the rest of Pilates Heritage Continuing Education Workshop and Seminar held at Pure Joe Pilates Studio in Washington, D.C. In DC, she met Chacha Guerrero and has become a Genuine collaborator, promoter, devotee and most importantly, truthful, faithful and constant pupil to the ideals of Joseph Pilates, Romana Kryzanowska and Pilates Heritage’s Loyal Legacy. She has become Chacha’s fellow-traveler throughout South America and continues to learn by participating and assisting at all capacities. Teresa is mother to two boys, 4 and 6 year old who maintain her On the Move by inspiring the kid in herself. Teresa is a strong believer of Moving One’s Body Freely is the Gift of Life!!

Here is a bit on Everlea:

Everlea Bryant, NCPT is the owner of Pilates, Health & Dance by Everlea, LLC and a professional dancer and performance artist. She has been teaching Pilates for 15 years and received her Classical Pilates training through The Pilates Center of Boulder (program co-created by Romana Kryzanowska). She trained under Amy Taylor Alpers, Rachel Taylor Segel and Debora Kolwey. Everlea teaches primarily in English and recently added teaching in Spanish to share her passion more readily with others. She graduated from The University of Florida with a BFA Degree in Dance Performance, and a Certificate in Dance and Healing from the Center for the Arts and Healthcare Research (CAHRE). With UF and CAHRE, she co-founded “Traffic Art and Dance Exchange,” a movement and wellness program for kids and teens living with Sickle Cell Disease (SCD). Everlea is passionate about all aspects of health and wellness, and uses Pilates and Art to heal.

Before Contrology, Irma Beltrán had two passions: a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by profession and the love for Dance! In 2002, she is intrigued, fascinated and falls in love with Body Evolution Pilates Studios in México City… Irma, begins a new story… after spending, investing and experiencing on further discovery of the Pilates Method, Irma earns a Peak Pilates Certification in 2008. During this time, as her focus and purpose becomes Movement and the Human Body, she pursues and obtains certifications and training of Kundalini Yoga and Somatic Movement Education. Through this phase of searching and discovery, in 2012, she attends her first Pilates Heritage Seminar/Workshop held in México City and meets Chacha Guerrero… AND, the rest is History…! Ever since, Irma travels to Arlington, Texas twice a year to aim and to aspire for Higher Education at Pilates Heritage Professional Teachers Curriculum Education!! “I cannot be absent, these seminars are fundamental to continue learning, they are my semester vitamin that ignite the joy and love of Pilates, no one better than Chacha to inspire and teach you the Genuine Original Contrology Method with Technique, Passion and Delivery!” Irma is the proprietor and Senior Instructor of her BODY Evolution Pilates Studio Tlalpan in México City.
