Free Workshop- "Admin" Superheroes, The Weight of the Cape and Mask 08/27/2024

Free Workshop - "Admin" Superheroes, The Weight of the Cape & Mask

Care giver, Clerk, Secretary, Aide de Camp, Assistant, Program Analyst, Project Manager, Business Partner, Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Dependent Spouse, Team Lead, Team Mom/Dad, Etc. - What do all of these titles have in common? Usually, these positions fall under the areas of general duties in “Administration,” which doesn’t come close to describing all that is done and expected from the people in them. Many are unknown superheroes who secretly (or not so secretly) wear a large cape and mask.

What if you find yourself mostly unseen to the point of losing self? What if you are exhausted from use of your amazing powers to fix, resolve, handle, design, implement, organize, well, all the things? How do you get back to you to replenish and revitalize while doing all you do for others? What’s the plan?

This workshop will provide insight, awareness and tools to help you lay-down or adjust the cape and mask so that they not only support others but protect and support you as you do all the amazing things you do.

Military Spouses are welcome!
