Some of the duties include:
* Draft and type office memos.
* Mail, fax, or arrange for delivery of legal correspondence to clients, witnesses, and court officials.
* Make photocopies of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter.
* Organize and maintain documents, and case files.
* Receive and place telephone calls.
* Schedule and make appointments.
* Knowledge sets include: legal assistant, legal secretary.
