Heโ€™s a fellow CMU grad with a B.S in Kinesiology and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist!

We call Coach John "The Shark," because he's constantly moving around the room so that he can see your form from all angles. ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿฆˆ This guy has an eye for movement and a way with demonstrating and speaking cues to make it very simple for you to perform proper movement. He's great with all backgrounds and makes you feel comfortable and confident in the gym!

Training teams in 2022 went beyond just the strength and conditioning aspect.

We built confidence in young ladies.
We built a strong foundation in functional movements.
We made these athletes stronger, faster, explosive, and fit!
We helped foster a sisterhood.
We built team camaraderie.
We empowered positive body image.
We taught pre and post training meals.
We taught respect, accountability, and hard work.
We showed teens how to have fun in the gym and how to move safely.
We taught how to strength train properly and everything that goes with it including knowing how to modify movements, knowing how much weight to lift, how to set up a squat rack, how to use a variety of equipment like dumbbells, barbells, and more.
The list goes on!

We believe many of us would agree that if we had this type of knowledge and training earlier in life, it would have made a world of a difference on our physical and mental health.
