Next year the May Day Market is May 3, 2025. We have some great plans that we are working on.

May Day Market is this Saturday, May 4 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Kosciusko Fairgrounds in Warsaw. Food trucks available. Outside vendors. Inside vendors.
Pet adoption on site from 10-1.

10 days until our May Day Market at the Kosciusko County Community Fair on May 4. Shop from 10 - 3 for Mother's Day gifts or graduation gifts. Get you lunch at one of our food trucks.

We have hand-made crafts, purses, suncatchers, handmade baby things, candles, soaps, goat milk soap bars and lotions, custom t-shirts, blankets, silicone bead wristlets, plastic canvas items, bowl cozies, potato sacks, scrunchies, handmade jewelry, tumblers, plushies, decorated gourds, dreamcatchers, stained glass suncatchers, wood working - cutting boards, wooden signs, and more.
Food items - jumbo cookies, fudge, coffee products, flavored lemon shake ups, freeze dried candy, puffcorn, and more.

Three weeks away from our May Day Market on May 4 ~10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the KKosciusko County Community Fair Come see possible gifts for Mother's Day, Graduation, Memorial Day, summer, Father's Day, and 4th of July. We will have food trucks.

VENDORS NEEDED FOR CRAFT FAIR

Warsaw Chapter #88 OES’s fourth Annual (we had to cancel 2020 show) Spring Into Summer Arts and Craft Show is set for Saturday, May 7, 2022, 10:00 am to 3:30.

WE still have space for vendors.
PLACE: Kosciusko County Fair Grounds
1400 E Smith Street,
Warsaw, IN, 46580

Booth Size: Booth is 6' x 8' and includes one 8' long table
Cost: It is $35 per booth.
ADDITIONAL booths are $25 per vendor and ELECTRICITY will be an additional $10.

Set up Times: Friday, May 6th, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday, May 7th, 9:00 am to 10:00 am

***ALL DIRECT SALES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!***

If you are interested in being a vendor or have any further questions, please email Mary Beth Alvey at [email protected] with your information. We will send you a contract and get you a spot or 2 or more if you need them.
We anticipate having a big crowd again this year and will have vendors set up in 2 buildings. There are also outside spaces available if that’s your choice.

We welcome mobile boutiques, nonprofit organizations, new to “shows”, as well the “seasoned” vendors.

If there are any changes due to Covid we will be sure to let you all know as soon as possible.
